To demolish or move a building, an application must be submitted to the office. The fee is $0.10 per square foot, as well as a $25 deposit to cover the cost of restoring the site, if necessary. Permits will be issued once the RM has reviewed any outstanding taxes or fees associated with the building. These permits expire six month from issue, but extensions may be requested.
