PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given

(Pursuant to Section 123(2) of the The Municipalities Act)

That a special meeting of the Council of the R. M. of Pense No. 160 will be held at the time and place listed below:

     Date: Friday, April 25, 2025

     Time: 9:00 a.m

     Place: RM Office, 324 Elder Street, Pense

to discuss and act on the following: 

- Preparing the 2025 budget; 

- Setting 2025 mill rates; 

- Reviewing tax tools; and

- Passing a bylaw to impose a special tax for the purpose of providing street lighting in the hamlet of Stony Beach.
