Notice of Preparation of Assessment Roll
Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the R.M. of Pense No. 160 for the year 2025 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the Assessor from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the following days: Monday to Friday, April 4 to June 6, 2025.
A bylaw pursuant to Section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required. All fees must be submitted to the local assessor at the R.M. of Pense No. 160. All appeals must be filed with the Secretary of the Board of Revision, Nicolle Hoskins, which can be sent electronically to: [email protected] , or via post/mail to R.M. of Pense No. 160, Box 190, Pense, SK, S0G 3W0, and forwarded to the Secretary of the Board of Revision.
Any person wishing to discuss the notice of assessment or potential appeal may contact the assessor at the R.M. of Pense No. 160, Box 190, Pense, SK, S0G 3W0. A notice of appeal, accompanied by the required fee for each assessment being appealed, which will be returned if the appeal is successful, must be submitted by June 6, 2025.
